How To Style Your Hair

Helloooo! This post will show you how to style your hair. Mungkin buat kalian yang berambut panjang atau pendek atau ikal atau apapun itu sering bingung, hairstyle seperti apa sih yang cocok buat kalian. Bored with simple hairstyles? Try this! ;)

1. Beyoncé
 
Beyoncé tames her inner Sasha Fierce by sporting a super-slick, low ponytail. This look is great because it keeps your hair out of your face during activities, but still looks amazing in pics! Are you a single lady? With this hairstyle, you won't be for long:))







2. Josie Loren's Wavy Side Pony

Try this flirty, yet simple 'do like Josie's for your big day!
Step 1: Gather your hair into a low side pony, then cover your elastic by wrapping a 1-inch section of hair from underneath your pony around the base. Step 2: Use a double curling iron to create waves, curl three-inch sections of hair a time.






3.Boho Braids

Step 1: Blow-dry hair straight to make it easier to braid. Part hair in the center.
Step 2: Separate out a one-inch section on both sides of part two inches back from the hairline. Take a two-inch piece above each ear, and clip out of the way. Pull the rest of hair into a low bun. Bobby-pin it against the nape of neck, and tuck in the ends.
Step 3: Braid each of the top sections down; pin the ends into your bun. Then braid the side sections over the top of your head. Pin the ends.



4. Rolled 'Do

If you have straight hair, try a rolled updo for a sophisticated look!  
Step 1: Rub a bit of styling wax into your palms, then onto dry hair. (It will give your strands some grip.) Part your hair slightly off-center, then roll the front section of one side into a twist, pinning it against your head as you go.
Step 2: Repeat first step on the opposite side. When both sides are complete, cross the twisted ends of your hair over each other and tuck them in, pinning any loose wisps against your head. Use hairspray as you go to prevent flyaways from slipping out.
Step 3: Secure your hair with plain bobby pins to make sure it won't budge, then use a hairpin to accessorize. Place it at the nape of your neck.

5. Woven Braid

Step 1: Gather just the sides of your hair (from your temples to the tops of your ears) into a wide elastic.
Step 2: Wrap a small piece of leather around it for a boho feel.
Step 3: Gently tug the braid to loosen it some more; add gloss with a shine spray.


6.  Curly Undone Bun
It will be a pretty style if you have supercurly hair<3                                         Step 1: Wash your hair, and while it's soaking wet, apply a moisturizing curl cream. Then blow-dry using a diffuser, scrunching up from ends to roots.

Step 3: Use an extra dab of curling cream to slick back any loose tendrils that fall down around your hairline. Clip in two barrettes about one inch up from your bun.
7. Rolled Up Bun
More fun than a bun!                                                                                       Step 1: Roll your hair away from your head in back, and pin.                        Step 2: Then twist a pin a front section to the side
8. Pinned Curls
If your hair is curly, try a new look on the classic hairstyle pin curls!
Step 1: Do it when your hair is completely dry, split it into three horizontal sections: one at the crown of your head, one at the back, and one at the nape of your neck. Secure each with a clear elastic.
Step 2: Brush the sides back so that they lie tight and flat against your head. Push the top elastic forward toward your forehead to create a little volume at the front. Take the two bottom ponies you created in the first step and bobby pin the ends over the elastics so your curls cover them.

How To Lose Weight Fast

Hi guys! So, this post is for you who want to lose weight;)

I know that the diet programs is too hard sometimes. Lo susah buat nahan hasrat lo untuk ngemil, apalagi buat lo yang 'midnight man'. I hope these tips will help you..

1. Jogging / Lari Pagi
kenapa? karena dengan jogging sistem kekebalan tubuh lo akan meningkat dan lo bisa tetap aktif seharian. Dan kalori yang ada di tubuh lo itu akan terbakar sehingga gak ada penumpukan lemak.

2. Tidur
why sleep? karena sebenarnya tidur itu termasuk salah satu cara paling efisien untuk membakar lemak. But i tell you to don't take too much hour for sleep. Sebaiknya tidur antara 6-8 jam sehari.


3. Makan Tepat Waktu
sometimes you just feel so hungry at midnight, right? haha me too-_- tapi tahaaann!!! Itu bukan waktunya untuk mengunyah sesuatu(?) Sebaiknya setelah jam 8 malam lo jangan mengkonsumsi apapun. Kalo laper, minum air mineral ajaaa.. Healthier;) Makan siang juga ya harus tepat, antara jam 12-1 siang. So, gak ada yang namanya makan sore ya hahaha










4. Makan Dalam Porsi Sedikit
gue sering ketemu sama orang yang looks like Hulk when they're eating. Kenapa? Porsi nyaaa ya ampun, banyaknya gak nahan. Justru pola makan seperti itu yang bikin lemak betah tinggal di badan kalian. Lebih baik makan sedikit-sedikit tapi rutin. Itu lebih sehat karena gerak peristaltik di lambung juga lebih stabil.
 

5. Green Tea
kandungan antioksidan yang tinggi dari teh hijau sehingga dapat membantu tubuh untuk mempercepat metabolisme lemak, apalagi jika diimbangi dengan olah raga yang cukup.

6. Hindari Minuman Bersoda
for your info, didalam sebotol kecil minuman bersoda terdapat 250 kalori yang berasal dari gula. Buat wanita yang sering mengkonsumsi minuman bersoda akan lebih besar kemungkinannya terserang obesitas. Bahkan bisa juga terserang diabetes dan osteoporosis.


7. Junk Food
you really need to leave this. Dalam satu porsi junk food yang kita makan, terkandung kalori dengan jumlah total yang kita butuhkan dalam sehari. You can cook by yourself, i guess it'll be healthier guys.











8. Perbanyak Buah dan Sayur
this is the very basic tip. Makan buah dan sayur setiap hari, gimana mau kurus kalo makan buah dan sayur aja susah?:(  kalian juga bisa makin sehat kalo rajin makan buah dan sayur;)
